摘　　要：从资本市场观察医药企业对国家药物政策的反应并进行评价,是分析和评价药物政策与医药企业相互关系及作用的最佳途径。事件研究方法是金融、会计、财务和经济等领域的一种经济计量研究方法。其研究结果可以用于分析资本市场与某一特定事件或信息是否有关联性。该方法几年来在评价公共政策、政治、法律诉讼等相关领域研究逐渐见多,药物政策是一项特殊的公共政策,本研究旨在探讨利用事件研究方法评价药物政策影响的可能性及注意事项。It is the best way to observe the relationship between pharmaceutical companies and national drug policy from the reaction and evaluation of medical policy in China from medical enterprises in capital market.Event study methodology is an econometric method of research in financial,accounting and economic fields.The method result can be used to analyze if the capital market is in correlation with a particular event or information,and it is common in evaluating public policies,policy and lawsuit,etc.Drug policy is a special public policy.The aim of the study is to explore the possibility to use the event study method to evaluate the drug policy.
