摘　　要：公共卫生服务包绩效合同制管理是政府提供公共卫生服务的新模式,但是实施中还存在着诸多的重点和难点问题。笔者就实施中服务包项目内容的确定、绩效合同制实施的条件、签订合同的完备性、实施效率等问题进行了探讨,并在此基础上提出了农村公共卫生服务包绩效合同制管理的相关对策。Performance contract management of public health services package is a new model of public health services provided by the government,but there are also many difficult problems in the implementation.Some projects in the implementation of in the service pack are discussed as follows：the content,performance,implementation of the conditions of contract,contract completeness,operational efficiency and other issues.And some related countermeasures are put for ward to performance contract management of the package of rural public health services.
