摘　　要：信息时代,网络是最大的特征,满布在社会生活的各个方面,领导干部是时代的推动者和策划家,必须掌握信息时代的网络知识和技能,驾驭好网络媒体,培养起来信息素养,这样才能在工作中,高效操作、科学运筹,才能带领领导干部队伍朝着最先进的文化前进。At the information age,network is the biggest characteristic which covers all aspects of social life.Leading cadres are the promoters and planners of the era who must master the network knowledge and technology and manage well the network and media and cultivate the information quality at the information era.Only this could they operates effactively and scientifically logistics at their work and lead the cadres move towards the most advanced culture.
