摘　　要：随着现代图书馆管理模式与服务模式的改变,对图书馆员的素质要求也发生了很大变化。本文主要针对现代图书馆对馆员素质的要求、人才的需求及图书馆通过对现有馆员的培养使之适应图书馆发展的需要等问题进行了探讨。With the changing of the pattern of management and service in modern library,the requirement of librarian＇s quality is changing accordingly.The article discussed the requirement of librarian＇s quality and the need of talents.It also discussed how to train the librarians now available to meet the need of development of library.
