安徽某县医疗资源配置和利用状况分析

摘　　要：目的分析安徽某县医疗资源分布与利用现状,探索其特点及存在问题,为政府调整和配置医疗资源提供参考。方法采用描述性统计方法分析各类医疗资源的结构比、利用效率。结果该县医疗人力资源总量不足,高层次卫生人才缺乏;城乡之间医疗资源分布不平衡;基层医疗机构服务能力不足。结论当地应根据形势变化及时完善区域卫生规划,充实基层医疗服务力量。Objective To analyze the current situation of medical resource allocation and utilization in some County of An-hui province, and to provide reference for adjustment and deployment of medical resources. Method Descriptive statistics were taken to analyze the results. The shortage of human resources and the lack of high-level health professionals were in the county. Result And medical resources were distributed unevenly between urban and rural, etc. Conclusion Facing the changed situation, local government should improve regional health planning, and strenghthen grass-root medical service.
