糖尿病患者社会支持状况的调查分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的调查糖尿病患者不同阶段的社会支持状况,探讨其相应的护理对策。方法采用肖水源编制的"社会支持量表",用调查问卷的形式对250例2型糖尿病患者的社会支持状况进行调查,对结果进行分析。结果糖尿病患病不同时期的社会支持水平不同,其需求获得的社会支持也不同。结论在疾病发展的不同阶段,护士应在正确评估患者的社会支持状况,给予患者相应的护理措施,帮助患者提高生活质量。Objective To study the diabetes different stages of the social support, discusses the corresponding countermeasures. Methods The water shaw social support scale＂, in the form of questionnaire to 250 people with type 2 diabetes were investigated social support, the analysis of the results. Results Diabetes illness during different periods of social support level of different requirements of social support is different. Conclusion In different stages of disease development, the nurse should be in the correct evaluation of patients with social support, given the corresponding nursing measures, helping patients to improve the quality of life.
