中山市女中学生生殖健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解中山市女中学生生殖健康的状况及需求,为青春期少女提供更适宜保健服务。方法对1141份无记名有效自填式调查问卷进行统计分析。结果中山市女中学生生殖健康知识主要途径依次为学校、父母、报刊书籍、同学朋友、影视网络、其他。有94.6%人存在不同程度的青春期妇科病的症状,其排位依次为痛经、经前期综合征、白带增多、外阴瘙痒、经前期乳痛症、尿路感染、乳房肿块;6.5%的女生有过性行为;2.28%有人流的经历。93.5%的女中学生认为有必要开展妇幼医师参与的生殖健康讲座,85%的女同学认为男女分开听课更容易接受;92.8%的女中学生认为医疗保健机构有必要开设少女专科门诊。结论中山市女中学生生殖健康问题严重,健康保健意识淡漠。学校是女中学生获得生殖健康知识的主要途径,故亟需改变现在的生殖健康教育模式,完善适应于青春期少女的保健服务体系。Objective To study reproductive health condition of female middle school students in Zhongshan city and their needs, so improve our healthcare service for puberty girls. Methods 1141 anonymous valid self-administered questionnaires were filled and statistically analysis. Results For the female middle school students in Zhongshan city, the main approach of reproductive health knowledge were school, parents, newspapers, books, classmates and friends, films and televisions, nets etc. 94.6% of the girls investigated have symptoms of puberty gynecological disease in varying degrees. Such as dysmenorrheal, premenstrual syndrome, leucorrhea increases, vulva pruritus, premenstrual lacteal painful, urinary infection, and breast lumps. 6.5% girls had sexual behavior, while 2.28% had experienced abortion. 93.5% girls think it is necessary to open lectures of reproductive healthy given by special doctors of maternal and child, and 85% think it is more acceptable that girls and boys have lectures separately. 92.8% girls deem it is necessary to develop Young Girl Special Clinic in healthcare organizations. Conclusions Female middle school students of Zhongshan city have serious problems in reproductive health, their consciousness of reproductive healthcare is faint. In the condition that school is the main approach for them to obtain reproductive health knowledge, so we need to change present reproductive health education pattern, and develop healthcare service system suitable for puberty girls.
