摘　　要：儿童肥胖与儿童哮喘、高血压、高血脂、糖尿病及心理疾病等关系密切,严重影响儿童生长发育。肥胖病因相当错综复杂,受多种流行因素影响,膳食和行为因素是最主要的流行因素,遗传在肥胖的发生中占有多大的份额是不确定的。国内外对儿童期单纯肥胖症的研究主要集中在对环境因素的调整,重点在于预防。基因治疗和药物治疗及分子流行病学的研究是未来研究肥胖症的新方向。Obesity severely affects children＇s growth and causes many diseases such as asthma,diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,psychological diseases and so on. Besides genetic and environmental factors,diet and behavioral factors make another two leading causes of children obesity. The present treatment of children obesity is to prevent the occurrence of the disease through regulating environmental factors while the future directions of research should be gene therapy,medical therapy,genetic study and study of molecular epidemiology.
