摘 要:缓倾斜极薄矿脉的开采存在的共同难题是矿山生产能力低,回采难度大。某矿通过采用斜井开拓,胶带提升,中段胶带运输连续出矿,分条推进回采工艺,不留或少留矿石矿柱,实行连续回采,控制采幅,最大限度地提高矿石回收率,减少贫化,有效地解决了开采和运输难题,为薄矿体的高效开采提供了一个新思路,其研究结果对缓倾斜薄矿脉的高效开采具有重要意义。The common problems existing in the exploitation of flat-dipping thin ore-bodies are that the production capacity is lower and the recovery is difficult.Through developing the inclined well and adopting belt hoisting,continuous ore-drawing at medium belt transport,and sub-section advancing mining process,no or less pillar remained,the continuous recovery can be realized.The working width should be controlled to maximize the ore recovery and reduce the dilution so as to effectively solve the problems in mining and transportation.This method can provide a new idea for the efficient exploitation of thin ore-body,and the research results play an important role in high efficient mining of thin mineral veins.
