摘　　要：甲状腺功能减退症病机关键是阳气虚衰。肾阴虚是甲状腺功能减退症的病理因素。常分为肾阳虚衰、脾肾阳虚、心肾阳虚、阳气衰竭、阴阳两亏五型。指出:辨证分型治疗甲状腺功能减退症是目前一种理想的治疗方法。The course of hypothyroidism key yang qi decline. Yin deficiency hypothyroidism is the pathological factors. Kidney failure is divided into common, spleen and kidney yang, heart deficiency, yang failure, deficiency of both yin and yang, the five types. Said ： Integrated Treatment of hypothyroidism division present an ideal treatment.
