摘　　要：为了开发高品质、功能性的羊绒制品,采用自制的聚丙烯酸类低温交联剂,将丝胶这一新型的纺织品保健卫生功能整理材料,涂覆于羊绒表面,制备了一种丝胶涂层羊绒制品,涂覆的丝胶具有一定的耐洗性。氨基酸分析结果表明,丝胶涂层羊绒的亲水性氨基酸含量提高,证明丝胶被成功地涂覆在羊绒的表面。通过测试丝胶涂层前后羊绒在人体腿部表皮温度的变化情况,表明丝胶涂层羊绒有较好的保温性能。丝胶涂层羊绒的吸、放湿性及透湿性均有提高,透气性基本不变,是一种新型高附加值的羊绒。In order to develop high quality and functional cashmere product,sericin,the new health care functional finishing material of textiles,was coated onto cashmere knitted fabric using self-made polyacrylic acid crosslinking agent reacted at low temperature.A sericin coated cashmere product was prepared,which could somewhat endure laundering.The amino acid analysis result showed that the hydrophilic acid content of sericin coated cashmere increased,which confirmed that the sericin was successfully coated on the surface of cashmere knitted fabric.The skin temperature change resulted from sericin coated and untreated cashmere knitted fabrics on the human legs was measured.The results showed that sericin coated cashmere had good insulating property.The moisture absorption and desorption property,and moisture vapour transmission of sericin coated cashmere increased,the air permeability was unchanged.The sericin coated cashmere was a kind of high value-added cashmere.
