摘  要:利用精梳毛纺设备生产羊毛、涤纶、竹浆纤维3组分混纺纱线。生产实践表明:羊毛条、涤纶条和竹浆纤维条应分别染色和复洗后根据配比在混条机进行混合(竹浆纤维含量一般应控制在40%左右),为保证竹浆纤维的色牢度,染色采用低温,且染色中不能使用硅胶等普通柔软剂,应使用亲水柔软剂以增强染液的渗透性。为防止纺纱过程中竹浆纤维的损伤、起静电和纱线条干恶化以及减少毛羽,提高纱线质量,生产中要严格控制竹纤维的混和比例,纱线的含水率、含油率以及车间温湿度。Using combing woollen equipment the blended yarn of wool,polyester and bamboo fiber was produced it.The production practice results show that wool and polyester and bamboo fiber should be washed separately and re-staining and then mixed in the mixing ratio of mixed section machine(bamboo fiber content should be generally control about 40%),bamboo fiber dyeing with low temperature to ensure the color fastness,staining can not use ordinary silicone softener,dyeing hydrophilic softener should be used to enhance the permeability of dye liquor.In order to prevent the spinning process of bamboo fiber damage,easy to play deterioration of electrostatic and yarn evenness and reduced hairiness and improve yarn quality,production is necessary to strictly control the blending ratio of bamboo fiber,yarn moisture content,oil content,as well as shop temperature and humidity.
