精梳毛纱评等标准与坯布质量的相关性

摘　　要：针对目前我国部分精梳毛纺企业在实际生产中,存在毛纱一等品率高,而该批纱的坯布下机一等品率降低的反常现象,通过采集生产企业毛纱、坯布实际检验的数据,采用数理统计的方法和相应的分析软件,对毛纱质量指标与坯布质量相关性进行分析。研究发现:现行的精梳毛纱质量评等标准存在一定的缺陷,不利于坯布质量稳定和提高。并从毛纱与坯布相关性的角度,提出了修改现行精梳毛纱质量评等标准的意见,有利于精梳毛织品坯布和成品质量的控制和提高。In the production of worsted spinning mill,an abnormal phenomenon that the superior rate of wool yarn is high but the superior rate of grey cloth produced by the kind of yard is low.The samples of wool yarn and grey cloth from the worsted spinning mill are inspected in detail in our laboratory.The correlation between the quality index of wool yarn and the quality of grey cloth is analyzed by means of the method of mathematical statistics and analytic software.It is found that current grade standard of combed yarn has the some defects,which will be detrimental to stabilize the quality of produced grey cloth.According to our results,the suggestions to revise the current standard of combed yarn are proposed in the paper.It will be beneficial to the quality control of grey cloth and worsted spinning products.
