摘  要:砷是一种常见的环境毒物,长期暴露于无机砷可以引起人体多个系统与器官的癌性与非癌效应,对砷病区居民的健康及经济的发展等造成严重的影响,因此,地方性砷中毒成为一个世界性的公共卫生问题。最常见的砷的毒性效应为皮肤损害,其对砷病区人群砷中毒状况的评估有重要意义。本研究主要从砷的皮肤毒性角度做一综述,阐述了不同剂量砷暴露对人体皮肤的危害及其作用机制,为今后砷中毒的防治及其巩固提出了建议,也提出了地方性砷中毒亟待解决的问题。Arsenic is familiar one of environmental toxicants. Long-term exposure to inorganic arsenic from drinking water has been documented to induce cancer and non-cancer health effects, it has a severe influence on the health of local residents and the development of economy,so it is becoming a world public health issue. Skin lesions have been known as the most common consequences resulting from chronic exposure to arsenic. It is important to assess the arsenism among the target population. Dermal toxicity of arsenic was summarized in this article and the harm of arsenic pollution to human skin and it's mechanism were described for people exposed to different concentration arsenic ,and proposal was given to prevent and consolidate endemic arsenism in the future, and the problems need to be solved urgently were also presented.
