PPH联合内痔悬吊治疗脱垂性内痔280例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）联合内痔悬吊治疗脱垂性内痔的可行性和优越性，本研究利用美国强生公司生产的圆形吻合器或国产的圆形吻合器联合内痔悬吊治疗脱垂性内痔280例。结果显示，280例患者术后脱垂性内痔完全回缩，术后尿潴留75例，肛门疼痛（需用止痛剂）33例，无术后出血。术后平均住院时间为3d。随访1～5，年，无复发，无肛门狭窄、肛门失禁等后遗症。结果表明，PPH联合内痔悬吊治疗脱垂性内痔安全有效，术后并发症少，住院时间短，疗效肯定。The objective of the study was to assess the therapeutic results of the combined therapy of PPH plus suspension in the treatment of prolapsed internal hemorrhoid（PIH）. Two hundreds and eighty patients with PIH underwent PPH plus suspension. As results,the prolapsed internal hemorrhoids were all retracted in alt the 280 cases,postoperative urine retention occurred in 75 cases,anal pain （need to use analgesic） in 33 cases,and there was no postoperative bleeding;the mean hospital stay duration was 3 days;and no recurrence, anal stricture and anal incontinence were found during follow up of 1-5 years. It is concluded that PPH plus suspension in the treatment of PIH is safe, effective and of confirmed therapeutic efficacy,and can ensure less postoperative complications and shorter hospital stay duration.
