摘 要:研究了不同掺量下磷渣粉对C30、C60强度等级机制砂混凝土的工作性与力学性能影响,并与同掺量的粉煤灰机制砂混凝土进行了比较。研究表明,磷渣粉具有一定的减水作用,能有效改善机制砂混凝土的工作性能,对高强度等级机制砂混凝土更为明显。掺入磷渣粉后,不同强度等级机制砂混凝土早期抗压强度均较基准混凝土低,且随着掺量增大,强度下降明显。各掺量下C30磷渣粉机制砂混凝土后期强度均较基准混凝土高,而C60混凝土后期强度与掺量有关。与同掺量粉煤灰混凝土相比,磷渣粉机制砂混凝土初始坍落度及各龄期抗压强度均较高。The paper investigated the influence of phosphorous slag powder on workability and mechanical properties of C30 and C60 concrete with machine - made sand, and compared it with fly ash. The results show that phosphorous slag powder has water - reducing effect and improve the workability of concrete with machine-made sand, especially for high strength concrete. The early stage compressive strength of phosphorus slag powder concrete with different strength grades are very low and it decreased with increase of content. The phosphorus slag powder with all contents can increase the later stage strength of C30 concrete, while those of C60 concrete are determined by content. Initial slump and compressive strength of concrete with phosphorous slag powder is higher than that of concrete with fly ash.
