摘 要:目的探讨护士的职业认同、专业自我概念等认知评价因素对护士职业倦怠的作用机制,尝试以新视角为其缓解工作压力和职业倦怠提供干预的依据。方法采用职业认同、专业自我概念、职业倦怠量表,调查上海市6所三级甲等综合性医院1017名护士。结果护士的职业认同、专业自我概念均可直接负向预测其职业倦怠;职业认同还以专业自我概念为中介变量,间接负向预测职业倦怠。结论关注护士的职业认同水平、专业自我概念发展对其职业倦怠的预测作用,并就其影响因素制订干预策略,不失为提升护士的职业认同水平、促其专业自我概念发展、进而有效缓解其职业倦怠的积极探索。Objective To explore the relationship among nurses' professional identification,professional self-concept and job burnout,and to provide reference for the intervention to relieve nurses' job burnout.Method The Professional Identification Scale,Nurses' Self-Concept Questionnaire,and Maslach Burnout Inventory were used to investigate 1017 nurses working at six general tertiary-level hospitals in Shanghai.Results The structural equation modeling results showed that nurses' professional identification could influence burnout directly and indirectly.In the indirect approach,through the mediating role of nurses' self-concept,nurses' professional identification could make a negative role on burnout.In the direct approach,both professional identification and professional self-concept could make a negative effect on burnout.Conclusion It is suggested to pay attention to the influence of professional identification and professional self-concept on nurses' job burnout,and take proper interventions to enhance nurses' professional identification and professional self-concept,and thereby to reduce nurses' burnout.
