摘 要:利用共沉淀法制备不同种类的稀土复合物。将稀土复合物添加到水性聚氨酯涂料中,研究了不同粒径、不同添加量对涂料紫外屏蔽性能的影响。通过紫外可见近红外分光光度计检测发现,随着添加的稀土复合物粒径的减小,在波长200~400 nm范围内紫外线透过率逐渐减小。随着添加量增加,均能使涂层的紫外屏蔽性得到提高,但添加量过大会影响涂料的流平性。SEM分析表明,稀土复合物在涂料中的分散性良好。稀土复合物粒径在1μm左右时,其在涂料中的紫外屏蔽率可达到90%以上。Various kinds of rare earth compounds were prepared by coprecipitation method, which were used in waterborne polyurethane coatings. The influence of particles size and concentration in coatings on UV shielding ability of coatings were discussed. The uv - vis - nir spectrophotometer tests indicated that trans- mittances of UV(200 -400 nm)decreased with the decrease of particles size. The UV shielding properties of coatings could also was improved by increasing the concentration of rare earth compounds, but an excessive amount of rare earth compounds will bring negtive effect on leveling property of coatings. SEM analysis showed that rare earth compounds could be effectively dispersed in coatings. Rare earth compounds with particles size 1 Din could provide the UV shielding ability of coatings up to 90%.
