摘 要:采用铸造表面合金化工艺,在HT200牌号的铸铁件表面形成以硼化物为主、弥散分布着高碳铬铁增强颗粒的合金硬化层。分析认为:合金粉剂的组分含量及粒度、浇注温度等是影响复合材料层质量的主要因素;高碳铬铁颗粒均匀分布于硼化物基体上,使硼化物的增强效果良好、脆性降低、硬度梯度变缓。The casting surface alloying process was adopted to prepare on the surface of gray iron (HT200 grade)casting an alloyed hardening layer which consisted of boride as main component and dispersively distributing high carbon ferrochromium as reinforcing particles. It was considered based on the analysis that the ingredients proportion and grain size of the alloy powder mixture,pouring temperature,etc. were the main factors influencing the quality of the composite layer; the uniformly distributing of the high carbon ferrochromium particles in the boride matrix,promoted that the reinforcing effect of boride was good,its brittleness was reduced,and hardness gradient became slower.
