复杂网络理论在高校工作网络中的分析与应用

摘　　要：高校工作现在变得越来越复杂,把高校工作看作复杂网络并进行研究,有助于更好地理解高校工作网络系统.同时,高校工作是一个较为复杂的人工系统,通过对他们的研究也可以推动复杂网络理论的应用.以青海师范大学工作网络为研究对象,把该系统中的每个部门抽象为一个节点,部门之间的依赖关系抽象成边,以此建立网络模型,通过从理论分析和计算机仿真两方面来探讨复杂网络理论在高校工作网络中的应用,并通过分析统计参数中的度分布、平均最短路径和平均聚集系数提出了对工作网络的指导意义.The university works are becoming increasingly complex.Studying them as complex networks can provide quantifiable measures and useful insights from the point of view of the university work,In the meanwhile,as one of the most complex man-made artifacts,they provide a fruitful application domain of complex systems theory.In this paper,we analyze The university work of QingHai normal university.In our analysis,we model department as nodes and dependencies among them as edges.From theoretical analysis and computer simulation two aspects to explore complex network theory in the university students network,and give statistical parameters to guiding sense to t Working Network.
