土族传统体育文化源流探究

摘　　要：本文将土族传统体育作为一个文化因子,通过历史文献与田野调查有机结合,搜集整理民间遗存的传统体育项目,梳理其起源和流变,揭示蕴含其中的文化内涵.研究显示,土族传统体育的起源与它的民族文化的形成机制是一致的,其娱乐健身方式和休闲方式以及民间体育竞技活动特征的形成与其生活的社会历史、风俗习惯、生产生活方式、宗教祭祀、教育娱乐等有着千丝万缕的密切联系.This article Turkish traditional sports as a cultural factor,through historical documents and fieldwork combine collected more remains of the traditional folk sports,combing their origin and evolution,showing hidden behind the cultural connotations;studies have shown that the traditional Turkish Physical Culture Origin and its formation mechanism is the same,its entertainment,and leisure as well as civil athletic competitions feature the formation of its life,social history,customs,production life,religious worship,education,entertainment and so has a complex close contact.
