摘  要:以温敏型核雄性不育系大107为母本,以6个优良自交系(东圣3号、牛番茄、美丽莎、1439、12、A3)为父本进行杂交,配制成6个番茄杂交组合,分析果实硬度的杂种优势及遗传效应。结果表明:6个杂交组合中,果实硬度表现为负向杂种优势;果实硬度性状一般配合力与特殊配合力分别为58.56%和41.44%;广义遗传力和狭义遗传力分别为52.76%和50.31%;果实硬度的同亲相关系数为0.8479,达到显著水平;可作为生产优良果实硬度的杂种一代的亲本有大107、东圣3号、美丽莎、牛番茄;果实硬度以大107×牛番茄为最高。This experiment took common parent ‘Da107’(a thermosensitive genetic male sterility line)and 6 tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)cross combination obtained from‘Da107’as female parent hybridized with 6 inbred lines(‘Dongsheng No.3’,‘Niufanqie’,‘Meilisha’, 1439, A3, as well as 12 respectively)as male parent as trial materials. Fruit firmness was determined with fruit firmness tester type GY-1 to estimate the parameters of heterosis, combining ability of fruit firmness, heritability and so on. The constant parent regression of fruit firmness was analyzed. The results indicated that fruit firmness showed negative heterosis among the 6 cross combination, general combining ability and special combining ability of fruit firmness were 58.56 % and 41.44 %, respectively. The broad-sense heritability and narrow-sense heritability were 52.76 % and 50.31 %, respectively. And the constant parent correlation coefficient was 0.847 9, reached significant level.‘Da107’,‘Dongsheng No.3’,‘Meilisha’ and‘Niufanqie’were advantageous to breeding as parents. Fruit firmness of‘Da107’בNiufanqie’ hybrid combinations was the highest.
