摘  要:本试验在日光温室生产条件下,通过基质添加AM真菌和生物有机肥育苗、定植时穴施烟草残渣和生物有机肥、套种茼蒿/万寿菊及用植物材料提取液(无线美、海绿素)配施阿维菌素灌根等系列技术,全生育期改善蔬菜的根际环境,提高植株抗病性,抑制线虫侵染。试验结果表明,该综合配套技术能够明显降低根层土壤线虫数量,最多可减少75.6%,根系根结指数最大降低63.6%,而作物产量增加4.6%~16.1%。Under solar greenhouse production conditions, this study improves vegetable root zone environment of the whole growing stage, enhance the plant disease resistance and restrain the nematode infection by applying a series of technology, such as: inoculating seedling substrates with AM fungi, using bio-fertilizer to grow seedling, adding tobac- co residue and bio-fertilizer at transplanting, intercropping with crown daisy ( Chrysanthemum sp. ) /marigold ( Tagetes erecta L. ) , and root dipping with plant extract products ( FoliwellTM-Garland and Bio-20 Seaweed Fertilizer) and Aver- mectin, etc. After several successive field experiments, we found this integrated technique could significantly reduce the soil nematode density by 75.6 % and the root-knot index by 63.6 % , thus increase the yield by 4.6 % to 16. 1%.
