呼吸内科住院患者留取痰标本的影响因素分析及对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨呼吸内科住院患者痰标本留取影响因素及对策。方法:采用问卷方式调查我院呼吸内科180例住院患者的痰标本留取情况。结果:造成痰标本未能正确留取的因素主要包括患者因素和医护人员因素,其中患者因素占77.4%,是造成痰标本留取不合格的主要原因。在患者因素中,以患者无力咳痰或痰少不易咳出致留取不合格最为突出。医护人员因素中以送检不及时、送检时间过长问题最为突出。结论:痰培养留取受患者文化程度等客观因素的影响,医护人员应当以高度责任心及耐心告知患者正确留取痰标本方法及注意事项,以提高痰培养准确率。Objective： To investigate the factors to affect the taking of sputum specimens from inpatients in the department of respiratory diseases and countermeasures.Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 180 inpatients on the situation of taking sputum specimens in the department of respiratory diseases of our hospital.Results： The factors resulting in the failure of correct taking of sputum specimens included the factors of both patients and medical staff.The factors of patients accounted for 77.4%,which was the main reason for the failure.The factors of the patients were that they were unable to cough up sputum due to weakness or less sputum induced the failure and the factors of medical staff were that they could not send the sputum specimens for Lab.test timely or the sputum specimens were kept too long to lead to the failure.Conclusion： The taking of sputum specimens is affected by the educational level of patients,so medical staff should be highly responsible and patiently explain the correct method of taking sputum specimens and precautions so as to improve the accuracy of sputum culture.
