摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预在冠状动脉内支架置入术患者中的应用效果。方法:将126例冠状动脉内支架置入术患者随机分为对照组62例和观察组64例。入院后对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予心脏康复知识健康教育指导;出院后对照组常规随访,进行数据收集,观察组则给予电话督导药物服用及改善生活方式指导。结果:观察组与对照组在生活质量等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预有助于改善冠状动脉内支架置入术患者术后生存质量。Objective： To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention on the patients with intracoronary stenting.Methods：126 patients with intracoronary stenting were randomly divided into control group（n=62） and observation group（n=64）.Routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group;health education and guidance on cardiac rehabilitation were applied to the patients on the basis of routine nursing care in the observation group.The conventional follow-up was conducted and data were collected in the control group,the telephone supervision on the use of drugs of the patients and guidance on changing lifestyle and behavior were carried out in the observation group.Results： The difference in the comparison of the quality of life was statistically significantly between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of the patients after intracoronary stenting.
