普通高等学校高水平运动队建设的困惑与思考

摘　　要：作为高等教育的有机组成部分,普通高等学校高水平运动队在高等教育人才培养过程中,经历了25年的"试办"与"建设"历程。在对普通高等学校高水平运动队建设存在的主要问题进行分析的基础上,提出优化普通高等学校高水平运动队建设的对策:完善高水平运动员培养目标,调整高水平运动员招生政策,优化竞赛职能划分,探寻"体教结合"途径,推进大学生体育竞赛制度改革。Based on the analysis of the major problems in the construction of high level sports teams in common universities, the present paper put forward the following optimizing the construction of high level sports teams, consummating objectives in high level athletes cultivation, optimizing the function classifications in competitions, exploring the effective combination between ＂sports and education＂ and promoting the reform of college student competition system.
