摘 要:膜污染已经成为陶瓷膜分离技术应用和发展的瓶颈之一,为了提高膜通量的恢复率,增加陶瓷膜使用寿命,需要对污染的陶瓷膜进行合理有效的清洗。采用多种常见的化学试剂进行清洗。结果表明,先用质量分数1.0%C18H29O3SNa清洗5min,再用质量分数1.5%NaOH清洗15min,最后用质量分数2.0%HNO3清洗10min为最佳清洗方案,膜通量的恢复率可以达到96.2%,工艺较简单,适用于实际工业化应用。Membrane fouling has became one of the bottlenecks to the application and development of ceramic membrane separation technology. The polluted membrane required an effective cleaning method to improve the recovery rate of membrane flux and extend its working life. In this paper,a variety of commercial chemical reagents were used. The optimal operation condition was that the ceramic membrane was first cleaned with 1.0% C18H29O3SNa for 5 minutes,and then with 1.5% NaOH for 15 minutes,finally with 2.0% HNO3for 10 minutes,making the recovery rate reach 96.2%. The cleaning process was simple and can be beneficial for industrialization.
