摘 要:选取成都市长安垃圾卫生填埋场新鲜垃圾进行室内温度变化物理模拟试验,监测了垃圾柱温度、渗滤液COD、氨氮、CH4变化情况,按照垃圾降解过程,将整个试验过程划分为好氧分解阶段、厌氧分解产酸阶段和厌氧分解产甲烷阶段3个阶段,并对每个阶段内垃圾温度变化情况进行了分析研究。结果表明,总体上垃圾温度变化经历先升高后降低的变化过程,温度在11.0~25.6℃之间变化。温度在好氧分解阶段垃圾温度上升较快,大部分时间温度始终保持上升状态,并在较快的时间内达到20.0℃左右;在厌氧分解的产酸阶段,垃圾温度会出现变化的反复性,造成这种情况的发生主要是由于厌氧消化释放的热量较小,垃圾温度的变化受厌氧消化速率及周围环境包括灌水、热传导、热对流等情况的影响,垃圾温度的最高值25.6℃出现在第57天,也就是厌氧分解的产酸阶段的前半部分;而在厌氧分解产甲烷阶段垃圾温度将保持持续下降的状态。Fresh landfills of Changan Sanitary in Chengdu city are selected as experimental specimens to simulate the temperature change in the room. According to the procedure of landfill degradation,the temperature of landfill columns,COD level of leach ate,index of ammonia-nitrogen,and changing condition of CH4 concentration are monitored. The entire experiment can be divided into aerobic decomposition stage,acid production stage of anaerobic decomposition and methanogenesis stage of anaerobic decomposition,and the factors of temperature change in each stage are analyzed.The results show that the changing process of landfill temperature increased at first and then decreased as a whole,and the temperature varied between 11.0 ~25.6 ℃. In the aerobic decomposition stage the temperature rises quickly,moreover,the temperature always keep rise stably in most of the time,and reach about 20.0 ℃ in a shorter time. In the acid production stage of anaerobic decomposition,the change of landfill temperature appeared reiteration,which is caused by the lack of the released heat energy during the course of anaerobic digestion,the impact of temperature change by anaerobic digestion rate and the surrounding environment ( for example,irrigation water,heat conduction,and thermal convection,etc.). So the highest value of landfill temperature 25.6 ℃ will appear at 57 days in the experimental,that is in the first half acid production stage of anaerobic decomposition,and in the methanogenesis stage of anaerobic decomposition the landfill temperature will be decreased continuously.
