摘 要:采用光合细菌(PSB)膜法处理明胶生产废水中的磷钙水,该废水Cl-、Ca2+、TP的质量浓度分别约为30000、15100、418mg·L-1,研究了驯化PSB膜法的可行性,探讨了光合细菌驯化和处理磷钙水方面的效能及影响因素。结果表明,PSB膜法对处理磷钙水有一定的效果,可在48~60h的HRT内使废水COD去除率达85%,至84h达92%以上;驯化的光合细菌可耐受高含量的Cl-,对工程实践有一定的指导意义。Photosynthetic bacteria (PSB for short) membrane were used for treating calcium-phosphorus wastewater from gelatin production process. The high concentration of Cl-was about 30 000 mg·L-1,the concentration of Ca2+ was about 15 100 mg·L-1,and the concentration of TP was 418 mg·L-1 in this wastewater. The feasibility of acclimated PSB membrane was researched ,and the characteristics in aspect of both acclimated PSB and influencing factors were discussed. The results showed that treating Calcium-phosphorus wastewater by acclimated PSB membrane has certain effect,which can could achieve 85% of COD remove rate in 48~60 h,even above 92% in 84 h,and acclimated PSB can withstand the high concentration of Cl-,it has certain directive significance for engineering practice.
