曝气生物滤池好氧段处理中成药废水运行特性研究

摘　　要：以某制药厂升流厌氧污泥床(UASB)为厌氧工段,曝气生物滤池(BAF)为好氧工段处理中药废水,结果表明,末端曝气生物滤池COD去除率为41.7%,SS去除率为40%,在滤池进水COD≤300mg·L-1、SS的质量浓度≤100mg·L-1时,无需投加药剂的情况下,处理后出水COD和SS的质量浓度平均分别为76、56mg·L-1,各项指标达到GB8978-1996一级排放要求。介绍了BAF的调试以及稳定运行阶段的处理效果,并对运行期间出现的问题进行了分析、解决。Anaerobic sludge bed UASB was anaerobic steps,the BAF as aerobic section during traditional medicine wastewater treatment,results showed that：the removal of COD at the end of BAF is 41.7%,SS removal was 40% in the filter influent COD≤300 mg·L-1,ρ（SS） ≤100 mg·L-1,when at the situation without adding agents,the COD of treated effluent means of 76 mg·L-1,SS means of 56 mg·L-1 and various indicators have reached the GB 8978-1996,the first standard discharge. This paper focuses on the BAF and the treatment effect during the stable operation,analyzing and solving the problems during the operation.
