农民体育健身工程实施的基本特征研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、实地访谈等方法进行研究。农民体育健身工程实施的基本特征表现为:乒乓球项目的设置不妥当;欠发达地区农村公共体育场地设施对环境的影响效应不明显;各地项目遴选原则执行的状况不一致,忽视对体育场地设施的管理、维护、使用;农村公共体育场地设施建设中混凝土标准篮球场施工质量令人担忧;地方政府相关部门拨付资金和器材的公信度不高;行政村健身工程与学校体育设施的整合力度不足;经济状况良好的村民已经把体育作为一种生活方式;农民中的"弱势群体"需关注;健身工程的系统构建是农民体育健身工程实施过程中的薄弱环节。This paper studied by Using the research method of literature,questionnaire and interview,and put forward to promoting strategy.Basic characteristics of rural sports fitness project implementation manifested as the table tennis setting is not fit;the influence of rural public sports facilities on environment is not obviously in underdeveloped areas;execution situation of selection principle is inconsistent;ignored management and maintenance and use of rural public sports facilities;construction quality of the concrete standard basketball court is worried in the construction of rural public sports facilities;the public trustworthiness of local government related department which disbursed capital and equipment is lower;strengthening integration of administrative villages fitness project and school sports facilities;villagers whose economic status are well regarded sports as life style;attention of vulnerable groups of the rural is lower;fitness project system construction is weak link in the course of rural sports fitness project implementation.
