排球垫球技术教学中运用“元学习理论”的实验研究

摘　　要：通过对"元学习理论"研究分析,结合新课标的指导思想,笔者将"元学习理论"运用到排球垫球技术教学中,实验统计分析表明:"元学习理论"在体育技术教学中的应用对提高学生体育技术学习能力,调动学生体育学习动机系统,提高体育技术教学水平,优化体育教学效果具有重要意义和作用。By researching and analyzing the Theory of Meat-learning,and Combining the Guiding ideology of the New Curriculm Standard,the author applies the Theory of Meta-learning to the Digging in Volleyball Teaching,The experimental results show that application of the Theory of Meta-learning in Physical Techniques is important for improving the students＇ learning abilities in Physcial Techniques,optimizing the students＇ Motivation System of Physical Education,enhancing the teaching level of Physical Techniques,reinforcing the teaching effect of Physical Education.
