两种棉短绒浆的低污染漂白工艺探讨

摘　　要：采用了过氧化氢和二氧化氯两种不同漂剂对棉短绒浆进行了低污染高白度漂白实验研究。同时,鉴于普纤浆(烧碱-AQ法蒸煮,29.0%ISO),PCS2400浆(碱-H2O2法蒸煮,48.6%ISO)蒸煮条件的不同,分别进行了DP两段漂和D/P单段漂白实验,并最终制定了最佳漂白工艺方案。Low pollution and high brightness bleaching of cotton linter pulps with hydrogen peroxide and chlorine dioxide was studied. The cotton linters were cooked with the method of soda - AQ and soda-H202, and the brightness 29.0% ISO and 48.6% ISO respectively. The two different pulps were bleached with DP two-stage sequence and single stage D or P bleaching. The optimum technological conditions were established.
