摘　　要：通过对字典纸纸张性能与印刷品质量关系的研究,找出对印品质量影响较大的因素,为印刷企业合理的选择字典纸的性能提供了依据,同时也为造纸企业改善自身工艺条件,更好地为印刷企业提供所需纸张找到了分析方法和依据。对国产字典纸性能及灰分进行测试,在IGT-C1上对多种字典纸进行了打样实验,并用一元线性回归法对字典纸表面性能及其与打样条的密度、透印值之间的关系进行了数理统计分析,结果表明:字典纸厚度、紧度、定量和填料对纸张的不透明度影响较大,字典纸白度、平滑度对印刷品密度有较大影响,不透明度、厚度对印刷品的透印值有较强的影响。The paper properties have greatly impact on the print quality.In this paper,the relationship of bible paper properties and print quality was studied in order to provide reasonable advices for printing enterprises in selecting bible paper and offer analysis method and basis for paper manufacturers in improving technology to supply better bible paper to the printing enterprises.The properties and ash content of bible paper were tested and many different bible papers were printed with the IGT-C1.The relationship between bible paper properties and printing density and print through were analysed with mathematical statistics analysis.The results showed that the thickness,density,basis weight and filler content of bible paper have great impact on opacity;the brightness and smoothness of bible paper have obvious impact on printing density,and the opacity and thickness of bible paper have strong effects on print through.
