摘 要:以实验室造纸废水处理系统中进水与出水为研究对象,探讨进出水的TOC与CODCr值的相关性。通过TOC-4100总有机碳分析仪及CODCr在线监测仪分别测定进出水TOC与CODCr值,建立进出水TOC和CODCr的相关关系式。通过对实测的进出水TOC和CODCr值进行一系列精密度和准确度检验,证实了实验室条件下造纸废水处理过程中进出水TOC和CODCr之间具有良好的相关性。基于造纸废水处理实际生产过程中,设备装置,原料等的差异,造纸企业应根据自身的具体情况,在运用TOC和CODCr的相关关系式时,应通过试验建立相应的回归方程。造纸废水经实验室A/O工艺处理后出水TOC与CODCr值的相关性显著,可以用TOC值计算出CODCr值,对环境管理及污水处理设施运行具有重要指导作用。With the inlet and outlet effluent of laboratory papermaking wastewater treatment system as the research object,the correlation of Total Organic Carbon(TOC) and Chemical Oxygen Demand(CODCr) in papermaking watsewater was explored.TOC was analyzeed by the TOC-4100 Total Organic Carbon Analyzer,CODCr was measured by CODCr online monitor,the correlation equation between TOC and CODCr was established.Through a series of precision and accuracy examination on the actual measure of the TOC and CODCr,a nice correlation between TOC and CODCr of the papermaking wastewater was confirmed under laboratory conditions.But based on the differences of actual paper production process,wastewater treatment,equipment,devices materials and other,paper making enterprises should base on their own special details,the correlation between TOC and CODCr-style should be established by testing the corresponding regression equation.Paper making wastewater was treated by A/O process in laboratory,the correlation betweer TOC and CODCr values of the effluent was significant.CODCr values can be predicted with TOC values,which plays an important role in the guidance of environmental management and operation of effluent treatment facilities.
