高速公路收费站自动发卡装置及其系统设计

摘　　要：高速公路人工发放通行卡运营成本高,收费效率低,ETC在短时间内也难以大范围推广,一段时间内,自动发卡系统能够有效降低运营成本、提高收费效率。自动发卡系统采用红外线、感应线圈、自动发卡机、摄像机等设备,利用自动化技术及信息技术,实现高速公路收费站通行卡的自动发放。运营显示,系统能够有效提高高速公路收费站运营效益。The toll card granted by hand is operated in high cost and ineffectively.ETC can＇t be applied to all highways in a short time.The automatic card system can reduce operation cost and increase toll collection efficiency.The system adopts equipments such as infrared ray,respond loop,automatic card machine,and camera etc.It applies automation and information technique to develop the automatic card system for highway toll station.The operation shows that the system fit highway toll station very well.
