摘  要:本文采用野外土壤取样和林分生长状况调查,室内微生物的培养和分离,对紫穗槐人工林根际土壤微生物数量分布规律进行了研究,结果表明:(1)在水平分布上距母株50 cm处的细菌数量和微生物总数最多,在垂直方向上,土层10 cm^30 cm处的细菌数量和微生物总数最多;(2)紫穗槐与新疆杨的混交林根际土壤微生物数量明显的多于新疆杨纯林,且混交林中的新疆杨生长状况明显的好于新疆杨纯林;(3)无论是紫穗槐纯林,还是紫穗槐混交林土壤微生物数量显著的高于荒地,所以紫穗槐具有良好的改良土壤作用。In this paper,it takes the methods of taking soil sampling and surveying the growth status of stand in the field,fostering microbial and isolating in lab,and studying on the quantities of rhizosphere soil micro-organism in the artificial forest of Amorpha fruticosa L.The results followed by these:(1)Bacterial quantity and micro-organism total sum were the most at a distance of 50 cm of stock plant in horizontal direction,and 10cm~30cm in vertical direction.The more canopy densities were,the more active of soil micro-organisms were in the rhizosphere of stock plant;(2)The number of rhizosphere soil in the mixed forests of Amorpha fruticosa L.and Populus bolleana Lauche is more than the Pure stand of Populus bolleana Lauche,and the growth status of Populus bolleana Lauche in the mixed is better than the Populus bolleana Lauche in the pure stand;(3)Whether in the pure stands of Amorpha fruticosa L.or in the mixed stands of Amorpha fruticosa L.,the number of the soil micro-organism is more than the Wasteland,so it will improve the soil.
