摘  要:本实验以油菜为材料,以NaZSeO3为硒源,用0g/667 m2、6g/667 m2、12g/667 m2、48g/667 m2、96g/667 m2的硒溶液对油菜进行叶面喷施,通过土培方式,研究了不同硒浓度对油菜生长和品质的影响。试验结果表明:硒浓度范围在不高于6g/667 m2时,随着硒浓度的增加,可以提高油菜叶绿素含量和油菜产量,增加蛋白质、维生素C、可溶性糖的含量,降低氨基酸的含量,有增产和改善油菜品质的效果;随硒浓度进一步提高,硒处理对油菜植株有抑制作用,对油菜生长和品质产生抑制作用。因此,既可增加油菜的产量,又可适当提高其营养品质的叶面喷施硒浓度,以不超过6g/667 m2为宜。Usings pakchoi(Brassica campestris ssp chinensis L.)as materials,using sodium selenite as selenium source,effects of different concentrations of selenite(0,6,12,48,96g/667m2)on the growth and nutrient quality were studied in foliage spray experiments under soil culture.The results showed the low concentration of selenite(≤6g/667m2)increased yeild and comtent of chlorophyll content,improved the content of Vc,protein and soluble sugar,decreased the total free amino acida content,so the low concentration of selenite(≤6g/667m2)had increase pakchoi yield and improve pakchoi quality effects.With increasing of concentration of selenite,pakchoi growth were inhibited and quality decreasd.In conclusion,the optimum concentration of selenite in foliage spray was no more than 6g/667 m2.
