摘 要:选择不同地域的11个胡萝卜品种为试材,研究不同程度NaCI胁迫对其种子萌发的影响。结果表明,低浓度NaCI对个别胡萝卜品种种子萌发有促进作用,而对大多数胡萝卜品种的发芽具有抑制作用。不同品种胡萝卜种子萌发受NaCI胁迫抑制的程度不同,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增大,对种子萌发的抑制作用明显增强。在发芽期的耐盐性方面,11个品种间存在明显差异,齐头黄,鞭杆红及06211耐盐性较强,阳明五寸,阳州五寸,yinari五寸,时无五寸,新大型五寸耐盐性较弱,其他品种耐盐性中等。胡萝卜品种的耐盐性强弱与其地域有关。The effects of NaCl stress on the seed germination were studied,with The of 11 carrot varieties chosen in different regions.Results showed that low NaCl concentration had a stimulating effect on germination of several varieties,while a inhibiting effect on a majority of carrot varieties.The seed germination of the different carrot varieties were differently inhibited by the stress.With the NaCl concentration rising,the inhibitive effects on the seed germinations obviously increased.The 11 varieties were different in the salt tolerance during germination period.Qitouhuang,Bianganhong and 06211 were tolerant to salt,Yangmingwucun,Yangzhouwucun,yinari-wucun,Shiwuwucun,New-daxingwucun were not tolerant and the other were moderately tolerant.Salt-tolerant of carrot varieties related to the regions.
