基于“3S”的草原资源管理信息系统的设计与开发——以西乌珠穆沁旗为例

摘　　要：以VC为开发平台,地理信息系统软件SuperMap的SuperMapSDX+为数据引擎,建立西乌珠穆沁旗现有草原资源调查数据的数据源,构建草原资源的空间数据库和属性数据库,设计、开发草原资源管理信息系统。系统建成后将有效地提高西乌珠穆沁旗草原资源管理的效率,增加草原资源管理的科学性,促进草原资源管理信息化建设。The use of Visual C＋＋ as the development platform,GIS software SuperMap＇s SuperMapSDX＋ as data engine to establish grassland resources data＇s data sources,construction of space and attribute database of West Ujimqin county grassland resources,design and development of grassland resources management information system.Completion of the West Ujimqin grassland resources management information system will effectively improve the efficiency and increase the scientific of the management of grassland resources,promote the construction of grassland resource information.
