摘　　要：本文针对汽车玻璃升降器平衡弹簧失效迸行了分析与控制,从热处理工艺等方面进行试验,对用65Mn钢为原材料制作的平衡弹簧,进行热处理性能试验、组织检验等分析,找出了失效原因,提出有效的热处理方案,从而控制平衡弹簧的失效现象。This article jumped the good research analysis and the control in view of the automobile glass lifter break phenomenon.this phenomenon was analyzed by means of the use of materials and heat treatment process to test,etc.To uses the 65Mn steel for the raw material manufacture equalizing spring,carries on heat treatment analyses and so on performance test,organization examination,has discovered the break reason,proposes the effective heat treatment plan,thus control balance spring,s failure phenomenon.
