摘　　要：本文主要针对目前实验室滚筒式捡拾器实验台在使用中存在工作部件运转调速特性差,难以满足性能测试要求,提出应用变频调速系统,用于调节滚筒式捡拾器的转速与机器前进速度。通过改进的实验台,可以实现捡拾器的动态模拟;利用传感器,对捡拾器工作参数进行测试,以及主要工作参数的获取,为该类型工作部件的深入研究奠定了基础。In this text,we mainly discuss the test-bed of roller pickup,which is left on laboratory for the present,existes poor governing characteristics of components and can not meet the test requirement.In view of this situation,we offer to use the variable frequency speed regulation system：one is used to tune speed of pickup,other is used to tune the forward speed of the machine.Through developing the test-bed,we achieve the dynamic simulation of pickup.By the use of the sensor,we can do the text of operating parameters of pickup and access the main working parameters as well as.We can lay the foundation for working parts of this type of pickup in-depth study.
