从和谐社会视角解读“以人为本”的群众体育观

摘　　要：本文通过分析我国当前群众体育的现状及不能适应建设"和谐社会"要求的具体问题,从而推出了"以人为本"体育观是建设和谐社会的内在要求这一论点,进而从国家政策和职能部门的角度以及政府引导和群众参与的"互动"角度,指出发展"以人为本"群众体育的具体措施和办法。The paper analyzes the current status of mass sports and it can not meet the requirements of building＂harmonious society＂and the paper also points out the specific measures and methods for the develop-ment of＂people-oriented＂mass sports.
