摘　　要：[目的]观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）合并冠心病患者血浆炎症因子MMP-9、TIMP-1的变化.[方法]经多导生理记录仪睡眠图睡眠呼吸监测把研究对象分为试验组（OSAS合并冠心病患者53例）、正常对照组（57例）、OSAHS组（50例）、冠心病组（50例）.测量各组血浆炎症因子金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-l（TIMP-1）水平.[结果]OSAS合并冠心病组血浆MMP-9、TIMP-1与正常对照组,OSAS组和冠心病组比较均有明显差异.[结论]MMP-9、TIMP-1可能参与OSAS且合并冠心病患者的发病过程.[Objective] To observe the changes of plasma inflammatory factors in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） patients complicated with coronary heart disease（CHD）. [Methods] According to the monitoring of sleep and respiration by multichannel physiologic recorder and hypnogram, the study subjects were divided into experimental group（OSAS complicated with CHD, n =53）, normal control group（ n= 57）, OSAS group（ n = 50） and CHD group（ n = 50）. Plasma inflammatory factors such as metalloprotease-9 （MMP-9） and tissue inhibitor of metalloprotease（TIMP-1） were measured. [Results] There was significant difference in plasma MMP-9 and TIMP 1 level between OSAS complicated with CHD group and the normal control group. [Conclusion] Plasma MMP-9 and TIMP-1 level may participate in the pathogenesis of OSAS complicated with CHD.
