慢性肺心病左室收缩和舒张功能的超声心动图研究

摘　　要：为了探讨慢性肺心病是否有左心功能损害及其可能的机制，我们测定了５０例肺心病患者的左室收缩和舒张功能。结果表明：肺心病组其左后壁厚度（ＰＷＴｄ）、室间隔厚度（ＩＶＳｄ）、左心室质量（ＬＶＭ）均较对照组明显增大（ Ｐ ＜０．０１）；且肺心病患者左室功能不同程度受损，其中单纯收缩功能受损占２１％，单纯舒张功能受损占４６．５％，收缩和舒张功能同时受损占３２．５％。结论：慢性肺心病患者存在左室功能损害；慢性肺心病是以右心排血障碍为主，左心储备功能低下的一种全心疾病。In order to study whether it has the left ventricular function impairment and its possible mechanisms in ocr pulmonle,we evaluated the left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions by doppler echocardiography in 50 cases of ocr pulmonale. The results showed that:the PWTd,IVSd,LVM in ocr pulmonale group were significantly increased in compared with control group;The impairment of I.V function in ocr pulmonale (43/50 86 % ),was found in varioas degree which the impairmentof function,diastolic function and both accounted for 21 %, 46. 5 %. 32. 5% of patienls. Conclusions:The LV function impaired in ocr pulmonale in all-round wail;The ocr pulmonale is not a cardiomyopthy of higt output,but is mainly a hypokinemia cardiomyopthy of right ventricular ejection disturbuance and LV reserve function impirment.
