摘 要:目的探讨延长腰椎椎弓根对椎间孔孔径的影响。方法剥离10具成人腰骶椎标本(L1~S1)的软组织后,将椎弓根从椎体后缘锯断,利用垫片延长椎弓根。螺旋CT分别对原始腰椎和延长椎弓根的腰椎标本进行扫描,CT重建图像并测量标本椎间孔孔径,包括原始腰椎各节段椎间孔孔径,椎弓根延长2、4、6mm后的椎间孔孔径。结果随着椎弓根的逐渐延长,椎间孔的前后径也逐渐增加。对原始腰椎和延长椎弓根的腰椎标本椎间孔孔径进行比较,在L1~L5节段椎体,椎弓根延长2、4、6mm时分别测得的椎间孔孔径与原始腰椎椎间孔的孔径比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论延长椎弓根可以明显增加椎间孔孔径,为临床进行腰椎椎间孔减压提供了一种新方法。Objective To study the effects of aperture of the intervertebral foramen on the extension of pedicle.Methods Ten cadaveric lumbar spine specimens(L1~L5) with no known abnormality were taken CT examination before and after extending the pedicle of vertebral arch by 2,4 and 6 mm.Then the superior anteroposterior diameter(SD),middle anteroposterior diameter(MD),inferior anteroposterior diameter(ID) of intervertebral foramina were measured in the three-dimensional reconstruction CT images.Results The SD,MD and ID were mesured before and after extending the pedicle of vertebral arch respectively,there were significant differences between them(P〈0.05).Conclusion This method can significantly increase the anteroposterior diameter of intervertebral foramina.And it may be a new method used for treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.
