摘　　要：莱钢1880m3高炉在长期稳定顺行时,通过精心操作,可以在休风后快速恢复炉况,主要方法是:做好前期准备工作;休风时出净渣铁,做好炉缸保温工作,适当控制水压、水量及顶温;复风时处理风量、赶料线、调整好火焰温度,抓好首次出铁工作。高炉曾经计划检修73h后,在5h之内恢复了全风作业,炉况稳定顺行。Leiwu Steel＇s 1880m3 BF can resume the furnace condition rapidly by careful operation after damping-down in stable smooth operation for long time.The main methods are as follows：doing well the prophase preparation;discharging slag and hot metal in time,doing well the heat preservation of the hearth and controlling proper water pressure,water quantity and the top temperature in damping-down;and in reblowing,processing the air volume,achieving to fill ore and coke according to stock level,adjusting well flame temperature and doing well the first tapping.The blast furnace ever recovered the whole blast pressure operation within 5 hours after planned maintenance for 73 hours and the furnace condition was stable smooth.
