摘  要:济钢热连轧厂通过进行C&E矩阵分析、FMEA判定和大量数据统计分析,找出了影响吨钢煤气消耗的关键潜在原因是班别和炉况。通过采取对4班加热人员重新进行优化组合、强化设备点检、做好机械设备的润滑及炉体维护等措施,使整体过程能力值由改进前的0.91提高到了1.41,吨卷煤气消耗由67.52m3降到58.67m3,年创效益1000万元以上。Through CE matrix analysis,Failure Mode and Effect Analysis judgement and a great deal of data-stat analysis,The Hot Continuous Rolling Plant of Jinan Steel found out the key-latency matter,that is,the team difference and furnace condition which affect per ton steel gas consumption.Through the measures of optimizing heating operation work,strengthening facility check,equipment lubrication and furnace maintenance etc,the whole process ability improved to 1.41 from 0.91,the gas consumption decreased to 58.67 m 3 from 67.52 m 3 per coil and the economic benefits per year were ten million Yuan.
