一清胶囊联合复方氯霉素洗剂治疗寻常型座疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察一清胶囊联合复方氯霉素洗剂治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法选择门诊寻常型座疮患者96例,随机分为两组。治疗组患者口服一清胶囊每次2g,3次/d,复方氯霉素洗剂外用患处,2次/d。对照组患者口服盐酸四环素片每次0.25g,4次/d,2周后改为每次0.25g,2次/d,复方氯霉素洗剂外用患处,2次/d。两组疗程均为1个月。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后1个月的总有效率分别为91.67%和77.08%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.87,P<0.05)。结论一清胶囊联合复方氯霉素洗剂治疗寻常型座疮是安全有效的,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the efficacy of a combination therapy with Yiqing capsules and compound chloramphenicol lotion in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Ninety-Six acne vulgaris patients were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group received oral Yiqing capsules 2g three times a day. The control group were treated with oral tetracycline hydrochloride tablets 0.25g four times a day , and 0.25g twice daily after two weeks. The two groups were treated with compound chloramphenicol lotion twice daily for a month. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 91.67% and 77.08% respectively. There is a significant difference between two groups （χ^2=3.87, P〈0 .05）. Conclusion Yiqing capsules incombination of compound chloramphenicol lotion is safe and effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
