安徽省大学生篮球联赛运动队管理的现状调查与对策研究

摘　　要：安徽省大学生篮球联赛虽与全国大学生篮球联赛同步,但联赛水平始终处于中下等。加强对球队的管理是提高球队水平的关键,是联赛发展的重要环节。采用文献法、调查法和逻辑分析法对安徽省大学生篮球联赛运动队管理状况进行剖析,结果表明安徽省大学生篮球联赛管理制度不健全、运动员管理不到位、经费缺乏,文章还针对结果提出相应的建议。Although Anhui University Basketball Association is in synchronism with CUBA,its level is in actually inferiorto the latter.Team management is the key to team performance improvement and an important part for the leaguedevelopment.Through literature review,surveys and logic analysis,the management status of Anhui University BasketballAssociation is presented.It＇s found that management system is not sound with imperfect athlete management and the lack offunds.At last,some corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
